My Cozy White Mountains Story

My passion for baking began in a sunlit kitchen overlooking my backyard covered in snow... Well... It was very cold that winter, lol. I got into baking because I knew it would warm my home and feed my family. Surprise, surprise I realized that I very much enjoyed it!

The smell, the chemistry, all of it I loved. I am also health conscientious, a whole wheat, fresh artisan sourdough is not easy to come by. So I perfected it myself!
