1. Cottage Food Acknowledgment
Our products are handcrafted in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the state or local health department, as permitted under Arizona's Cottage Food Law. Our kitchen may process or come into contact with common food allergens, including but not limited to:
Tree nuts and peanuts
Soy
Wheat and gluten
Dairy and eggs
Sesame
If you or someone in your household has a food allergy or sensitivity, please contact us before placing an order. While we take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment and are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from consumption of our products.
2. Local Availability Only
In compliance with Arizona Cottage Food Law, our products are available for local pickup and local delivery only. We are not able to ship products out of state or through any commercial carrier. Orders placed outside our local service area will not be fulfilled, and a full refund will be issued.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full through our online checkout before production begins. We do not hold items or begin preparation until payment is confirmed. By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Product availability is subject to change. In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to offer a substitution or a full refund.
4. Delivery Schedule & Confirmation
All deliveries are scheduled one week in advance. Once your order is paid in full, you will receive an email confirmation with your scheduled delivery date. Our current delivery schedule is:
Thursdays — Show Low
Fridays — Pinetop / Lakeside
Delivery dates are subject to availability. If your preferred date is not available, we will work with you to find the next available slot. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the confirmed time and location. We are not responsible for product quality issues resulting from an unattended delivery.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Because our products are perishable, made-to-order, handcrafted goods, we have a strict cancellation policy:
Cancellations must be submitted at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to your scheduled delivery or pickup date to be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled date will not be eligible for a refund, as production will have already begun.
To request a cancellation, please contact us via email at cancellations@mandysmountainbakery.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
6. Product Quality & Handling
Our products are made fresh and are best enjoyed within the timeframe noted on your order. We are not responsible for quality changes resulting from improper storage after delivery or pickup. Please follow any storage instructions provided with your order.
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at: damaged@mandysmountainbakery.com within 24 hours of receipt with a photo, and we will work with you toward a resolution.
7. Limitation of Liability
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
8. Customer Code of Conduct & Service Policy
At Mandy's Mountain Bakery, we are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and respectful experience for both our customers and our team. By placing an order or engaging with us in any capacity, you agree to the following standards of conduct:
Respectful Behavior: We do not tolerate abusive language, yelling, profanity, insults, or harassment directed at our staff or other customers — whether in person, by phone, email, or through any online platform.
Safety First: Any behavior that threatens the safety, health, or well-being of our team or patrons is strictly prohibited.
Compliance: Customers must comply with all posted health, safety, and operational policies at any pickup location or point of contact.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict future purchases if these conduct expectations are violated. In the event an order is cancelled due to a conduct violation, a refund will be issued at our sole discretion based on the stage of production.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
